Carnival, 2008 - August 17-23

Howdy, lads and lassies! It’s time to pull out your chaps and spurs, grab your lassos and head to P’town for the 30th Anniversary of Carnival – Wild, Wild West – August 17 – 23, 2008! We’re putting together a week-long schedule of fabulous events and entertainment for you.

Past events have included boat cruises, dance parties, casino nights, headline concerts – past performers have included Judy Tenuta (2007), Cyndi Lauper (2006), Deborah Cox (2005), Bea Arthur (2004), and the annual Carnival Parade (Thursday, August 21, 2008). We’re adding to the line-up this year, so book your plans early!

A note for planning future visits during Carnival week. The parade is scheduled on the Thursday following the third Wednesday. Find this date and Carnival will start on the preceding Sunday.
