This is a fun, eclectic, unique and non-traditional stretch and strengthening class which is a fusion of yoga, mat Pilates and QiGong. Held outside, rain or shine, on the fabulous Boatslip Deck, this 'yoga studio' welcomes everyone at the M/W/F 8am class. You are unlimited with the sky as your ceiling and there are no walls to box you in as you gaze over the azure watery horizon of the tranquil harbor and bay. Cost is $15 and mats, blocks, straps and water (and sometimes gifts!) are provided as part of the $15 entry fee (class is complementary for registered Boatslip Resort guests; you must show your room key). Celebrate your life - Relax, Re-energize, Refresh -- shake it up and wake up with Will on the Deck.

Energize and center with a safe, slow, gentle and simple basic beginner's QiGong class on Thursday's, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am, from May 16, 2013 through September 12, 2013; this class is indoors at the Council on Aging at 26 Alden Street. No experience necessary and any age or ability is welcome. Class may be done standing or while seated on a chair. A donation of $5 is requested.
